Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Cheep! Gas, operated by DW Tailored Systems LLC ("we," "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Cheep! Gas helps you find nearby fuel prices, estimate fuel costs and savings, plan routes, and (with Premium) receive price alerts and a daily deals digest. Prices come from third parties and the community and may be inaccurate or out of date.

2. Estimates Are Not Guarantees

All savings figures, fuel-cost projections, fuel-level estimates, and "best deal" suggestions are estimates based on available data and the vehicle details you provide. They are not promises of actual savings, and we don't guarantee any price is currently available. Always confirm the price at the pump, and never let the app override safe driving or traffic laws.

3. Accounts

You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use the app.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: $4.99/month or $29.99/year (prices may vary by region and may change with notice). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase. It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings; deleting the app doesn't cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Community Price Reports

You may submit gas-price reports and confirm they're accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and aggregate them in the app. Don't submit false, misleading, or abusive data. We may remove reports or restrict accounts that abuse this feature.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't misuse the app: no bypassing security, scraping or overloading our systems, reverse engineering (except as allowed by law), submitting false data, or any unlawful use.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't warrant that prices, routes, or estimates are accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss from your reliance on prices, estimates, or routes. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be shown in the app and the "Effective" date updated. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts in California have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Apple App Store: Additional Terms

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple isn't responsible for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide support. We (not Apple) are responsible for product, IP, and consumer-protection claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
